Research Statement

My research interests comprise three broad areas:

  • Diversity, specifically the development and assessment of inclusion initiatives
  • The role of personality and other individual differences in predicting performance and workplace behaviors broadly
  • The role of moral beliefs in predicting workplace behaviors
